Our customer’s safety remains our highest priority. Our objective is to keep our customers and our drivers safe.

Royal Limo and Town Car continues serving residents of Houston and surrounding areas even during the toughest times during the COVID-19 outbreak.

We are in the business of serving customers and during this coronavirus outbreak, it’s important that we inform our customers about the process we follow to clean our cars and keep a clean environment once our customers are in the vehicle.

We are following (CDC) Centers for Disease Control’s recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. We inform our employees and emphasize the importance of safety process:

  • Drivers are instructed to keep the distance
  • Clean the vehicle after every trip with disinfectant wipes and sprays. That includes wiping down interior, armrest, seat-belts, seats, handles, vents, headrest and windows.
  • Our drivers are checked for symptoms daily, any driver reporting any symptoms of illness are automatically removed from duties.
  • We offer complimentary face masks for our customers.

Royal Limo and Town Car has contingencies in place to ensure the continuation of our 24/7 limo service.
